The Ministry of Justice Launches “Real Estate Data” via the Stock Exchange

The Ministry of Justice has launched the timeline record for all documentation transactions conducted on real estate, known as “Real Estate Data,” through the Real Estate Exchange.

This service allows beneficiaries to view all data related to the property, including sales, partitioning, merging, and grants, as well as various mortgage transactions and details such as the previous sale price.

The service provides a transaction record for more than 4 million real estate titles registered with the Ministry of Justice.

The ministry emphasized its commitment to providing the highest levels of transparency by making reliable and accurate information available to all beneficiaries and those working in the real estate sector, protecting beneficiaries from fraud. The ministry also confirmed its ongoing efforts to develop real estate exchange services.

It is worth noting that the real estate exchange has provided more effective and easier tools for governance and regulation of real estate transactions, in addition to contributing to an effective platform for attracting investment and diversifying the investor base.
