The Ministry of Justice Launches Case Archiving Service through Najiz

The Ministry of Justice has launched the “Case Archiving” service, which allows beneficiaries to archive their cases through the Najiz platform. This service enables them to restrict access to specific cases only to their legal representative, without granting access to other cases registered under their name, thus maintaining the confidentiality of other case information.

The ministry explained that beneficiaries can access this service by following a few steps: log in to the Najiz platform at najiz.sa, select the “Cases” tab, click on the options for the case to be archived, and then select “Archive Cases.” An instruction page explaining the service will appear, after which the beneficiary should click “Continue.” The system will then request the entry of a verification code sent to the beneficiary’s mobile phone; upon entering the code, the case will be archived.

It is worth noting that the Najiz platform offers more than 160 electronic judicial services, including judicial, enforcement, and documentation services. These services eliminate the need for beneficiaries to visit judicial facilities, saving them time and effort.
