As part of the Preventive Justice Initiative, the Ministry of Justice, in partnership with the Saudi Contractors Authority, has launched the Unified Construction Contract for Full Construction, considering it as an executive document.
The ministry was represented at the signing by Sheikh Salman Al-Fawzan, the Undersecretary for Judicial Affairs, and the authority was represented by Secretary-General Abdulmajid Al-Rashoudi.
It is noteworthy that His Excellency the Minister of Justice, Sheikh Dr. Walid bin Mohammed Al-Samaani, had previously directed the launch of the second phase of the Preventive Justice Initiative, which includes the work on converting more contracts to electronic and certified formats, along with several projects that contribute to promoting the values of justice and transparency, achieving expeditious justice, social security, and reducing judicial disputes.
